Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)

  1. Blend a handful of frozen mango chunks with milk until smooth. Add sugar if needed.
  2. Dissolve 1 sachet of Matcha powder in 50–70ml warm water.
  3. Pour the mango milk over ice, leaving space at the top.
  4. Add the matcha mixture and stir gently.

tips:

• Frozen mango is often less sweet than tinned, so adjust with sugar or honey if needed.
• Oat or coconut milk enhance the tropical notes.
• For a lighter version, replace the milk with cold water to create a mango juice base before adding matcha.
• Tapioca pearls can be added, remembering they increase sweetness.
