A fruity, vibrant blend of sweet taro and bright mixed berries
This combination began as a seasonal experiment and quickly became a team favourite. The soft sweetness of taro blends with the bright, juicy flavour of mixed berries, creating a drink that feels fruity and refreshing while still creamy. The colour alone makes it fun to serve.
Strawberries and blueberries work especially well, but raspberries or blackberries are just as delicious.

Drink
- Taro Milk Bubble Tea Kit
- Frozen Berries
- Milk (Whole or Plant Based)
- Ice Cubes
- Sugar
method
Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)
- Add 1 sachet of Taro powder, a handful of berries and 250–350ml milk to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and evenly coloured.
- Pour over a few ice cubes and serve immediately.
tips:
- Frozen berries can taste sharper, so adjust with sugar, syrup or honey if needed.
- Any milk can be used, but the drink is not vegan due to the Taro powder.
- Add tapioca pearls for extra sweetness and texture.
