Lotus Biscoff is known for its deep caramelised biscuit flavour. When stirred into our Signature blend, it creates a drink that tastes like tea and biscuits in a cup. Buttery sweetness melts into the tea’s gentle vanilla tones, with a subtle spiced finish that lingers after each sip.

method

Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)

  1. Steep your tea bag in 200ml hot water.
  2. Add creamer powder, sugar to taste and a generous spoon of Biscoff spread.
  3. Stir until smooth and brew for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Add prepared tapioca to a glass and fill with ice.
  5. Pour the tea over the ice and stir to chill.

tips:

• Biscoff is vegan-friendly. Swap the creamer for oat or soya milk if preferred.
• For a hot version, brew with 400–500ml hot water in a jug and divide between two mugs.
• To make a Biscoff Cheesecake Milk Tea, top with the Vanilla Cream Cloud and sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits over the top.
