Pink Salt Cheese Cream

  1. Whisk cream cheese, milk, sugar and a pinch of pink salt until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the double cream to soft peaks.
  3. Fold together until silky and thick but pourable.
  4. Adjust with a little milk if needed.
  5. Chill briefly before assembling.

Assemble the Drink

  1. Steep 1 Jasmine pyramid tea bag in 150ml hot water.
  2. Sweeten to taste and brew for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour over a glass filled with ice, leaving space at the top.
  4. Stir gently to cool.
  5. Add the pink salt cream and serve layered or mixed.

tips:

• Cane sugar keeps the drink light and crisp. Honey enhances the floral jasmine notes.
• This cream also pairs beautifully with Rose Green Tea.
• Green tea can become bitter if overbrewed, so watch the timing carefully.
• If you don’t have pink salt, you can use regular table or rock salt. Use a little at a time and adjust as needed.
