vanilla Cheese Cream

  1. Whisk cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the double cream to soft peaks.
  3. Fold together with a splash of vanilla until silky and thick but pourable.
  4. Adjust with a little milk if needed.
  5. Chill briefly before assembling.

Assemble the Drink

  1. Steep 1 Roasted Oolong pyramid tea bag in 150ml hot water.
  2. Sweeten to taste and brew for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour over a glass filled with ice, leaving space at the top.
  4. Stir gently to cool.
  5. Add the vanilla cream and serve layered or mixed.

tips:

• Cane sugar keeps the drink light and crisp, brown sugar adds depth
• This cream also pairs beautifully with Apple Rooibos or Dragon Cat Signature Tea
