Drink
- Roasted Oolong Tea Bag
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 100g Double Cream
- 60ml Milk
- 25g Sugar
- Vanilla
- Ice Cubes
method
vanilla Cheese Cream
- Whisk cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the double cream to soft peaks.
- Fold together with a splash of vanilla until silky and thick but pourable.
- Adjust with a little milk if needed.
- Chill briefly before assembling.
Assemble the Drink
- Steep 1 Roasted Oolong pyramid tea bag in 150ml hot water.
- Sweeten to taste and brew for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour over a glass filled with ice, leaving space at the top.
- Stir gently to cool.
- Add the vanilla cream and serve layered or mixed.
