A creamy green tea smoothie with earthy matcha and sweet banana
This drink was originally planned for our very first menu but didn’t make the final cut. After seeing how popular Taro & Banana became, we introduced Matcha & Banana as a fresh green alternative. The gentle earthiness of matcha blends smoothly with sweet banana, creating a naturally creamy drink with a soft, rounded finish.

Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)
- Add 1 sachet of Matcha Green Tea powder, ½ banana and 200–300ml milk to a blender. Plant-based milks work well.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Pour over a few ice cubes and serve immediately.
tips:
- Our Matcha powder is dairy free, so using plant-based milk makes this drink vegan friendly.
- For a thicker texture, use a whole banana and reduce the milk by about 100ml. Adjust as needed.
- Very ripe bananas are naturally sweet. Taste before adding extra sugar or honey.
- Tapioca pearls can be added for extra texture.
