Inspired by the matcha coconut drinks seen online, this version pairs refreshing coconut water with a thick matcha cream topping. The contrast between light coconut and rich cream creates a layered drink that is both tropical and indulgent.

- Matcha Bubble Tea Kit
- Coconut Water
- Cream Cheese
- Double Cream
- Milk
- Pink Salt
- Ice Cubes
- Sugar
method
Matcha Cream Cloud
- Whisk cream cheese, milk, 1 sachet Matcha powder and sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip double cream to soft peaks.
- Fold together until thick but pourable.
This makes enough matcha cream for up to four drinks.
Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in coconut water, leaving space at the top.
- Spoon the matcha cream over the surface.
- Sip layered or stir for a creamy coconut-matcha blend.
tips:
• Choose high-percentage coconut water for the cleanest flavour.
• The cream contains dairy, so this drink is not vegan friendly.
• Tapioca pearls can be added, but will increase sweetness.
