Inspired by the matcha coconut drinks seen online, this version pairs refreshing coconut water with a thick matcha cream topping. The contrast between light coconut and rich cream creates a layered drink that is both tropical and indulgent.

Matcha Cream Cloud

  1. Whisk cream cheese, milk, 1 sachet Matcha powder and sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip double cream to soft peaks.
  3. Fold together until thick but pourable.

This makes enough matcha cream for up to four drinks.

Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in coconut water, leaving space at the top.
  2. Spoon the matcha cream over the surface.
  3. Sip layered or stir for a creamy coconut-matcha blend.

tips:

• Choose high-percentage coconut water for the cleanest flavour.
• The cream contains dairy, so this drink is not vegan friendly.
• Tapioca pearls can be added, but will increase sweetness.
