Nutella Milk Tea

A silky chocolate-hazelnut tea with gentle malt and warm vanilla notes.

Originally created to pair with our Nutella wheelcake, this drink brings together chocolate and tea in a way that feels comforting rather than heavy. Nutella melts into the warm tea, adding hazelnut sweetness and a silky texture, while the blend’s soft vanilla and barley notes keep everything smooth and balanced.

method

Prepare the Drink (400–500ml glass)

  1. Add your tea bag to 200ml hot water.
  2. Stir in creamer powder and a generous spoon of Nutella. Add sugar only if needed.
  3. Brew for 4–5 minutes, stirring well so the Nutella dissolves.
  4. Add prepared tapioca to a glass and fill with ice.
  5. Pour the hot tea over the ice and stir until chilled.

tips:

• Warm the Nutella for 10 seconds in the microwave, or stand the jar in hot water, to help it blend smoothly.
• Oat milk works especially well for a plant-based version.
• For a hot drink for two, brew with 400–500ml hot water and divide between two mugs. Skip the ice.
