Honeyed black tea crowned with delicate pink salt cream for sweet-salty balance
Cheese cream drinks are loved for their balance of sweet, tangy and salty. A touch of salt lifts the tea’s natural character and adds contrast. Our Sun Moon Lake black tea has a smooth body with gentle honeyed fruit notes, which become even more expressive when topped with delicate pink salt cream.

Assemble the Drink
- Steep 1 Sun Moon Lake pyramid tea bag in 150ml hot water.

tips:
• Cane sugar highlights the tea’s natural sweetness. Brown sugar deepens the overall profile.
• This pink salt topping also pairs well with Red Jade and Royal Afternoon tea bags.
• Do not overbrew, as the tea is naturally full-bodied.
• If you don’t have pink salt, you can use regular table or rock salt. Use a little at a time and adjust as needed.
